Nicole brings a wealth of experience and expertise in the real estate field, particularly in consultancy, retail advisory and leasing, and development. Her background includes senior roles at JLL Shanghai, CBRE Shanghai, Lendlease Kuala Lumpur and YTL Starhill Singapore, where she gained valuable insights and knowledge in various aspects of the real estate industry.

In addition to her professional roles, Nicole has also been actively involved in real estate investment for the past decade. This experience has given her a deep understanding of the investment landscape in Asia. Her combination of finance, consulting, and tech experience as a co-founder of a tech startup provides a unique perspective that contributes to the success of Anaya Property Investments.

Nicole holds a Bachelor of Property and Construction from the University of Melbourne and a Global Executive MBA from INSEAD.
